6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may enter processing shortly after payment. Eligibility for cancellation or refund depends on the service stage, official costs already incurred and mandatory applicable law.

The following rules apply:

• Cancellation or refund may be restricted once a filing has been submitted or performance has begun.
• Government fees and non-recoverable third-party costs are not refundable after they are incurred.
• If EasySetup cannot provide the purchased service, an appropriate service-fee refund will be considered after non-recoverable costs.
• Mandatory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
• Review all information carefully before placing an order.

7. User Responsibilities

While using the Site:
